It was a sensation I had never felt before and it persisted for almost a minute. Was it a some sort of sign? My aunt used to love me like a real mother and it was a huge loss for our family. However, in my case, the spasms mostly gets "better" during the day as oppose to you. It's always worst in the morning. Then they spasm even in silence just from moving my head/neck and yawning etc. WebI also had this frequently with my TMJ issues. Comes and goes now every once in a while.
