WebDuloxetine (Cymbalta (R)) is a potent serotonin and noradrenaline (norepinephrine) reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) in the CNS. It is indicated for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) as well as other indications. WebCymbalta is the only medication that I have taken that has a much less negative impact for me (I have taken many, many medications). I do feel it changes my personality a little but that may or may not be an actuality. I don't get a lot of apparent benefits aside from it being a tool of appeasement.
