Just keep them together. 3. Now you can run the .exe and use it to change whatever you want. WebOpen borderlands 2 and select the file that is named according to the current level you are in. Then choose copy and select the USB flash drive as the destination. Next, download and install Horizon and Gibbed to your PC. Once it’s done copying, plug the USB flash drive into your PC and open Horizon.
